Remote, private and completely off-the-grid, The Black Bass Lodge is a destination all in itself. It is located just steps from the beach in Punta Abreojos, Baja California Sur where the surrounding reefs are abundant with fish and the waves bring surfers from all over the world.
A full staff is on-site to care for and assist you during your stay. Our staff includes a Private Chef, Bartender, and Manager. All meals are included with your stay.
This fishing, surfing, eating, adventure lodge features 4 beachfront rooms, WiFi, over 3,000 square feet of shared dining and deck space. Now offering SUP boards, kayaks and fishing gear rental during your stay.
Bring a group and book the entire lodge (sleeps 14 people maximum).
Solar and Battery Powered energy
We produce and store our own electricity, a rewarding yet occasionally costly endeavor due to the Lodge's remote location. This commitment allows us to contribute to clean energy generation. We strive to raise awareness among our guests about our energy consumption, encouraging a more conscious approach to energy use during their stay, but don’t be alarmed, there’s plenty of energy to assure your comfort.
Fresh Water
We source our water locally, it comes from natural local water sources in San Ignacio, about one hour from the lodge, it is then filtered and transported to the Lodge. Just like with electricity we strive to create water consciousness while still providing the ability for a comfortable hot showers. We also provide fresh filtered water for drinking and encourage to use refillable bottles.
